Peter McMahon has been involved in all areas of civil and commercial litigation and has over 40 years of experience solving legal problems for individuals and businesses.  He provides practical, effective, and efficient representation and has resolved many cases through a variety of dispute resolution processes. With his background in commercial law, Peter has also acted in a number of large commercial real estate transactions.

Peter has represented clients before all levels of court, including the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has an extensive background in commercial litigation, insurance law, employment law and personal injury claims.  Over the course of his career he has worked on such precedent setting cases as:  Canada Southern Petroleum Ltd. v. Amoco Canada; Plas-Tex Canada Inc. v. Dow Chemical; Noram Construction v. Marigold Holdings; and Chiips Inc. v. Skyview Hotels.
